Step-by-Step Guide to Resending Invoices and Payment Receipts

  1. Log into the Client Area

  2. Navigate to Billing

    • From the dashboard, click on Billing in the top navigation menu.
    • Select My Invoices to view a list of your invoices.
  3. Locate the Invoice

    • In the My Invoices section, find the specific invoice you wish to resend.
    • You can filter by Paid or Unpaid to quickly find the invoice you need.
  4. Resend the Invoice or Receipt

    • Click on the invoice number to open the invoice details.
    • On the invoice page, look for the Email Invoice or Resend Receipt option (this may appear as a button or link).
    • Click this option to have a copy of the invoice or receipt emailed to your registered email address.
