Email Setup Guide: Default Server and Ports
To set up your email client with our server, please use the following default server and port settings:
Incoming Mail Server
- Hostname: mail.[YOURDOMAINNAME] (or mail.lsdr.dev)
- Port: 993
- Server Type: IMAP
Outgoing Mail Server
- Hostname: mail.[YOURDOMAINNAME] (or mail.lsdr.dev)
- Port: 465
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
Authentication Details
- Username: The full email address you have created (e.g. you@[YOURDOMAINNAME])
- Password: The mailbox password you entered when creating the mailbox
Important Configuration Notes
When configuring your mail client, please ensure the following:
- SMTP Authentication: Enable SMTP Authentication using the same username and password as mentioned above.
- SPA (Secure Password Authentication): Ensure that 'SPA' is disabled.
