Viewing and Managing Active Services
In the Lone Star Data Ranch Client Area, you can easily view details about your active services, including renewal dates, usage limits, and status. Follow the steps below to access and manage your services.
Step-by-Step Guide to Viewing Your Active Services

Log into the Client Area
- Go to the Lone Star Data Ranch Client Area.
- Enter your email and password to log in.

Navigate to Your Services
- On the dashboard, click Services in the top navigation menu.
- Select My Services from the dropdown to see a list of your active services.

View Service Details
- Each service listed displays an overview, including the service name, status, and next renewal date.
- Click on a specific service name to view detailed information such as:
- Renewal Date: When your service will next renew.
- Service Specifications: Details on storage, bandwidth, and other resources.
- Status: Indicates whether the service is active, pending, or suspended.
Managing Your Services

Upgrading or Downgrading Services
- If you wish to change your service level, locate the service you want to modify and click Upgrade/Downgrade.
- You’ll be guided through the available options, allowing you to select a different plan or add/remove features as needed.
- Review any pricing changes, then confirm your selection to complete the upgrade or downgrade.

Renewing Services Manually
- For services that aren’t set to auto-renew, you can manually renew by clicking Renew Now next to the service.
- This option will bring you to the checkout page to complete payment and extend your service term.

Suspending or Cancelling Services
- To cancel a service, click Request Cancellation in the service details view.
- You’ll have the option to choose Immediate Cancellation or End of Billing Period:
- Immediate Cancellation: Ends the service right away.
- End of Billing Period: Allows the service to continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Confirm your choice to finalize the cancellation request.
Troubleshooting Service Issues
If you encounter any issues with your services, such as unexpected suspensions or usage limit warnings:
- Check the service details page for status updates or usage information.
- Verify that recent payments have processed if your service status is pending or suspended.
- Contact our support team for assistance with any service-related issues.
