Viewing and Paying Invoices
Easily manage your invoices in the Lone Star Data Ranch Client Area, where you can view, download, and pay your bills for services. Follow these steps to access and pay your invoices.
Step-by-Step Guide to Viewing Invoices

Log into Your Client Area
- Go to the Lone Star Data Ranch Client Area.
- Enter your email and password to log in.

Navigate to the Billing Section
- From the Client Area dashboard, click on Billing in the top navigation menu.
- Select My Invoices from the dropdown.

View Invoice Details
- On the My Invoices page, you’ll see a list of your current and past invoices.
- To view details of a specific invoice, click the Invoice # or View Invoice button next to it.
- Here, you can review the breakdown of charges, due dates, and payment status.
Paying Your Invoice
Once you’ve reviewed your invoice, you can proceed to make a payment directly through the Client Area.
- Select a Payment Method
- On the invoice page, choose your preferred payment method from the dropdown. Options typically include credit/debit card, PayPal, or account credit (if applicable).
- Proceed with Payment
- Click the Pay Now button. You’ll be redirected to complete payment securely through your chosen method.
- Confirmation of Payment
- Once payment is processed, you’ll see a confirmation message, and the invoice status will change to Paid.
- You’ll also receive a receipt via email as confirmation.
Downloading Your Invoice
To download or print a copy of your invoice:
- Open the invoice you want to download.
- Click on the Download PDF link, typically located at the top or bottom of the invoice.
- The invoice will download as a PDF file, which you can save for your records.
Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If you experience any issues while paying your invoice:
- Confirm that your payment information is correct and that your payment method is active.
- Check with your bank if you encounter a card or bank-related error.
- Contact our support team for further assistance if issues persist.
